Job Description:

Tech Mahindra is hiring candidates for the post of Customer Care Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answers questions from the customer.
  • Communicate with the customer in real-time.
  • Provide updates on the status of the order.
  • Assist the customer with any issues they have with their orders, products, or services.
  • Answer any questions about the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Handling multiple chats/queries on live chat channel.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent communications skills (Verbal and written).
  • Minimum 6 months of chat experience (Mandatory).
  • Undergraduate can apply.
  • Typing speed should be 30 WPM & 90% accuracy.
  • Handle multiple chat at a time.

Preferred skill:

  • Working knowledge in US/UK regulatory policies
  • Proven ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information.
  • Experience in financial services transaction data analysis
  • Excellent English writing, reading and speaking skill.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
