Academic Eligibitity for Tech Mahindra Off Campus Drive:

• BE/B.Tech – Computer Science/Computer
  Engineering/IT/E&C/ESTC/Telecom/Communication/ Electronics or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science only)
• Candidates who graduated in ’22 or 23 with no backlogs and possess a consolidated mark sheet or provisional degree certificate
• Candidates should have scored min. of 70% (without rounding-up) in 10%, 12th/ Diploma (if any) and BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science)
  No loss of an academic year after joining a course, post completing 10th std.
• Candidates with PDC or consolidated marksheet will be given preference for evaluation

Selection Process for Tech Mahindra Off Campus Drive:

Eligible candidates will undergo a selection process comprising several tests. Each test serves as a filter for the next stage of the process

• Aptitude, Inglish Essay/Story
• Psychometric & Technical
• Technical interview
• HR Interview

Eligible candidates will receive a test link for all the rounds on their registered email ID. Candidates to check their junk/spam folders as well

Bond & Compensation

On selection,

• Candidates will be on probation for 3 months
• Candidates who clear the regular selection process will be eligible for a CTC of IN 3.25LPA
  Candidates who clear the Supercoder selection process will be eligible for a CIC of INR 5.5LPA
• Candidates are required to sign an indemnity bond for IN 1L for a mandatory service period of 2 years from the date of joining the company

Note: During probation, the candidate may receive unit-specifc classroom training/on-the-job-training/shadowing as per the business requirments.
