Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support enabler functions to identify the continuous improvement opportunities
• Learn and Conduct process maturity internal audits 
• Learn and Conduct training on LEAN, Kaizen, and Six Sigma

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Having a basics understanding of Quality principles and practices
• Passion for problem-solving & continuous improvement.
• Highly self-motivated and willing to learn things on their own
• Good communication skills (Oral & written)
• Good/basic Analytical skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
• Good in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Advance Excel would added advantage
• Macros & writing macro queries is added advantage, Data query/data management abilities
• Independent research skills
