What You’ll Be Doing
In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation for Infor’s software. This includes everything from user manuals to online help content. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to learn about Infor’s software products and ensure the documentation is accurate, helpful, and easy to understand.
- Creating Documentation: You’ll write easy-to-follow guides, help articles, release notes, and installation manuals for Infor’s software products.
- Team Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and experts to learn about the software and translate that knowledge into high-quality documentation.
- Following Standards: You will adhere to Infor’s documentation guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity in all materials.
- Learning the Software: Dive into Infor’s software products, understanding how they work to ensure that your documentation helps users get the most out of them.
- Improving Processes: Your feedback and ideas will help shape better documentation practices and improve the overall quality of content.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, computer science, business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Writing Skills: Strong ability to write clearly and simply. If you’ve written guides, blogs, or any technical content in the past, that’s a plus!
- Technical Proficiency: While prior experience isn’t necessary, familiarity with markup languages (like HTML or XML) and graphic tools (like Snagit or Adobe Captivate) is helpful.
- Research and Communication: You should be comfortable researching technical topics and explaining them in a way that’s easy for others to understand. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- PC Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office and other essential PC applications.

- Familiarity with documentation tools or content management systems is beneficial.
